no it is not true. the fact is that
most men do not show any symptoms which
is why they are usually just carriers
of the disease and you cant tell they
have it. but they can still catch it
from you so it is important to inform
them of your status.

I had unprotected sex with my last
girlfriend and within 3 months i had
warts on my penis. My girlfriend denies
knowning she had it but I can't seem to
believe her.

if she didnt have visible warts and had
no abnormal pap smears then she very
well may have not known. there would
be no way to tell unless you were able
to get a hold of ALL of her medical
records and look for yourself. i am
sorry that you have it now, but dont
automatically assume she knows, MOST
ppl dont know they have it.
