Circumcision to get rid of warts?

I have many many warts under my foreskin. About 50 in total, most small pinheads, some a bit like cauliflower. I've tried different treatments, but at this point I'm done with it and I'm seriously thinking of getting circumcision to get rid of the infected skin. What do you think of it, the warts just keep spreading and I have them for many years now and a tiny operation will help me to lose them forever.

You are doing the wrong things.
Circumcision only remove the surface
of the warts. For the other inflected
skin, you are no way to reomove it.

Look I know who you are and I don't
take you serious Dr. They are only
under my foreskin and the people
around me say they would do it too.

What does your doctor or dermatologist
advise?

I speak thim tomorrowhe dermatologist
tomorrow, but he's really an asshole.
He says it aren't warts, although they
have spread and some have cauliflower
appearance. Actually the strange thing
he says: it are warts, but they have
nog hpv in it (???) But it looks very
ugly that's why I want to be
circumcised. I'll make an app. with an
urologist to discuss it al with him.

I would go with the circumcision. It
keeps things more organized and
cleanly anyway down there.

Just back from the app. He wasn't very
fond of getting circumcision. He
suggested some other treatments and I
thought this was okay, because a
circumcision can't be turned back.
I'll use Aldara for the next 6 weeks,
Aldara isn't very well known in my
country btw. If that doesn't work
they'll be burned and if that doens't
work I think the circumcision will
come into play again, but let's hope
this works.

The only way get rid of warts is
