tiny, goosebump-like patch of skin

ok, this is kind of a strange question, but i was hoping someone on here might be able to help me. my whole life, i have gotten fairly small (probably one-inch or less in diameter) areas of very small, slightly raised bumps on my arms that look a lot like goosebumps that come and go. recently, i got a very small patch of similar-looking and feeling bumps on my perineal area. my doctor looked at them during my last visit and told me that she didn't think they really looked like warts, but that if they were still there in 6 months she would look at them again (this was in december). now, the patch is almost completely gone. i don't know if this has anything to do with the bumps i get on my arms, or if this is warts. has anyone else ever heard of anything like this? please help!!!!

it doesn't sound like anything to
serious. People get wierd bumps
sometimes and it takes some time to go
away. Your doctor didn't seem to be to
concerned so it is probably just a
bump on the skin. It can take a long
itme sometimes for these kinds of
things to go away.
