9/4/2003 9:30:10 PM - tjwndt
tell me you're not teasing me!:)

9/5/2003 12:04:33 AM - ryan
i hope your serious

9/5/2003 9:38:56 AM -
Is the vaccine preventative or does it
work on people who already have it?
Tell us more!!

9/6/2003 1:55:59 AM - me
I mean thats cool in all and grateful
there may be a cure. But you all know
how we got here in the first place.
We should have kept our pants on. I
mean there are new stds popping up
every half year. And its only getting
worse. All im saying is please make
wiser desicions people. I know I will
I regret every minute of it.

9/6/2003 8:09:17 PM - billybob
I
i heard about this, I think, it's 100%
effective in women and , like, 80%
effective in men. Its just
preventative, its not a cure, but
rumor has it a cure might be out as
soon as 2006.

9/7/2003 12:38:01 AM -
I hope you're right about this
billybob. A cure would be nice...

9/8/2003 1:02:21 AM - girlygirl
Will it cure those of us who have this
desease or is it a vaccine for everyone
that does not have it???

9/8/2003 1:04:13 PM -
hope this is true. but i doubt it will
work on anyone who already has it. i
got it from someone who was using a
condom but didn't know at the time u
could still get it this way.

9/8/2003 7:34:27 PM -
I read that the preventative ones are
further along than the ones that cure
people that already have it which
sucks..but at least somebody is doing
something I guess. The ones that cure
it are at least 3 years out or
something like that.

9/9/2003 4:32:50 PM - alexis
i went to the dr. to day and she told
me some good news. she said in a cuple
of months they are comeing out with 2or
3 mor medications they are going to be
approved by the fda. she says it looks
good.

9/10/2003 2:29:29 AM - tjwndt
Alexsis, was your dr more specific
than that? Company? drug name? active
ingredient? i'll bet lots of people
are interested in answers :)

9/11/2003 12:05:31 AM -
The very fact that major pharmaceutical
companies are working on cures is proof
that a lot of people have HPV. I
should know because I work in the
advertising / marketing sector. They
are finally spending millions to
deliver the drug to us because there is
a mass market out there!!!

9/11/2003 10:04:53 AM - JJ
I hate to be negative but sounds like
hearsay. There are vaccines in the
works but the only ones I've heard
that are even anywhere near close to
being released are the ones to protect
people that dont' have it already, not
people that already have it.

9/13/2003 3:23:03 AM - reddi
Oh lord i hope the day comes when my
worries are over and it goes away!
Please pray for me and yourselves it
will be over soon

9/13/2003 6:52:47 PM - claret
Ok, chill down, I asked to another
doctor about it, and its like this, yea
its truth it will come out in 5 or 6
months but it will help the infected
people too because if you get a shot of
it, the desease wont come back, and
plus we will have a normal sexual life
again.......so trust me its our second
chance so dont lets screw it up, but
first of all you have to be "clean"
outside and inside....understand?

9/13/2003 10:04:32 PM - tjwndt
so whats the name of this stuff, what
research facility? do you have any
other info?

9/15/2003 7:34:43 PM - jolly
I RELLY HOPE THIS CAT ISENT TELLING A
LIE. BECAUSE I WILL BE VERY PISSED OFF.
AND IF HE IS JOCKEN THAN THAT IS A BAD
JOCK YO FELL ME. I REELY WANT THIS TO
BE TRUE.

9/18/2003 11:42:43 PM -
what do you mean you have to be clean.
why when i ask the cdc hotline they
always say there is no cure.like they
do not have hopr or something. why want
anybody tell us about the stuff comeing
out in 5or 6months.

9/20/2003 12:37:14 AM - claret
Ok for the 986796 time this is not a
joke not only my gynecologist told me
about it, two more had told me of this,
serious persons trust me, I have it too
I wouldnt lie on something like this,
Ill find more info with my doctor or at
the National University from my country
that its the most advanced on the
investigation.

9/20/2003 2:48:38 PM -
what country are you from? if this
comes out does that mean that they will
only have it where you live. or will we
be able to get a hold of it to. my Dr
said that they will come ouy with other
medication in a cuple of months do you
think that she is talking about the
vaccine but she did not want to get my
hopes up or something?

9/22/2003 3:33:33 PM -
so if it comes out in 5or6months that
means it will be out in feb. why
doesent the cdc no about this? or why
will not they tell us.

9/23/2003 6:36:33 PM -
I would like to know the name of your
DR. and the address so i can call him
my self and ask him or her. because its
funny how you are the only one who know
about this stuff .and no one else.
i don't believe a word your saying.
actions speeck louder than words. me
where i am from the show me state. so
prove me wrong. i don't care how far
you live i will call my self.because it
is not right that you set up here and
tell theas people things that are not
true.

9/23/2003 6:39:16 PM -
and a nother thing do you know what
your saying. i believe the cdc befor
you and they have not sayed shit about
anything. people like you mack me sick

9/23/2003 10:05:04 PM -
I'm not trying to call anyone a liar
but this sounds kinda fake. What
country? What organization has done
the research?? I would have known all
this stuff if I had really gotten news
like that.

10/13/2003 1:51:11 PM - claret
Ok im in a hurry now but I wouldnt make
fake expectations about something like
this....Ill let you guys now the link
and if you want my doctors e mail
address, Im from Mexico, and for sure
Im not a fucking liarĦ

10/13/2003 8:28:28 PM - seeker
So where's the info?
I have seen a website that advertises
this kind of thing, but it's hard to
believe with all the health fraud scams
that occur in Mexico. One truth that
should be known to ALL hpv sufferers is
that autologous vaccines are have been
proven effective in treating hpv (look
up the definition of autologous
elsewhere) but are damnably costly and
are currently only researched for use
against cancers. Naturally, cervical
cancer would likely be one of them.

10/13/2003 8:33:06 PM - seeker
Further, with all the potential
profitabilty of an HPV vaccine and
treatment you can bet your ass that
there are plenty of scientists out
there trying to crack it... I've been
looking at the progress of the future
of vaccine therapy and it seems like
when it becomes approved for widespread
use death rates from cancer will drop
drastically. Meanwhile, try to live
right to avoid developing cancer, it
would be a terrible shame to die a
preventable death.

10/13/2003 8:36:17 PM - seeker
Hang in there and good luck to
everyone. This a horrible reality to
face but at least there's a lot of hope
for the future... provided society
doesn't fall apart. I'm guessing that
in less than 15 years medicine will be
amazingly advanced as our new
technology comes to bear. Clinical
trials take 15 years to finish, and
there have been tons of them that
started in the 90s that are using the
most modern tech and expertise to save
lives.

10/13/2003 8:40:23 PM - seeker
ps in all that shit I was going off
with I forgot to mention that I have
read that Latin countries are more into
autologous vaccines then others,
because their health laws are less
relaxed. So this person may not be full
of shit, even though they have OMITTED
the most relevant info: contact info.
Claret, back your shit up!!!!! ; )

10/14/2003 11:47:39 PM -
ok so say that she is telling the
truth. will we be able to get are hands
on this stuff or what.if it is not
aproved by the fda than how will we be
a able to use it. that means we will
have to go to mexico right

10/18/2003 2:14:58 AM - seeker
yeah but watch out, health care scams
down there r a dime a dozen...b

10/20/2003 3:15:33 PM - seeker
http://dyred.sureste.com/herpes/herpes2.
htm
check this guy out, same sort of
thing...

10/27/2003 2:02:57 PM -

10/27/2003 2:11:32 PM - claret
Ok so maybe i shouldnt say this "shit"
but when i knew the news two months ago
with my gynecologyst I just wanted to
share it with you people, but u still
discriminate,...thats so old fashioned,
anyways heres the link, as I told you
from the National University of Mexico
http://www.jornada.unam.mx/2003/sep03/03
0914/036n1soc.php?origen=soc-
jus.php&fly=1

10/27/2003 10:53:28 PM - seeker
Hope is what keeps me alive, guys.

Life can sometimes be a misery, but if
you give up hope for a better future
then you're already dead.

I'm a cheeseball.

10/27/2003 10:56:40 PM - seeker
hey, that link wasn't working... I
guess I'll try a search on that site
later.

BTW anglophones, it's in Spanish..
browse it with a translator if you're
looking and not multilingual.

Gotta finish my work here before
midnight!!! Bye!

11/6/2003 11:48:31 AM - seeker
claret, can I have your email address?

or at least can you tell me how to
write "human papilloma virus research"
in spanish?

: )

small_phasic@yahoo.ca

11/9/2003 12:02:15 PM - Andrew
claret, so for those who carry HPV, how
exactly will this vaccine contribute
towards ourselves? Does it eliminate
the virus forever? or keeps it dormant.
Please elaborate so I can learn more.

11/11/2003 1:01:29 AM - seeker
Andrew, she doesn't know. What we need
is to enlist Spanish speaking help to
surf for Latin scientific info, 'cause
they have more relaxed medcare
guidelines than we do...

11/11/2003 8:25:22 AM - Andrew
Yea claret, can you please update us
with more information?

11/11/2003 8:28:42 AM - Andrew
Oh and I forgot, does it clear away all
strains that causes warts too? or just
cancer. I just reviewed the site and it
states that it only cures the cervical
cancers..

11/12/2003 5:55:13 PM - seeker
hope she comes back... It seems that
all the negative reactions have
alienated her.

11/12/2003 8:51:15 PM - Andrew
This's pathetic.. according to what
I've researched, the shot she mentioned
which will prevent you from the disease
coming back only works for those with
strains of cancer. NOT GENITAL WARTS.

11/16/2003 3:06:35 AM - for Andrew
well i read the page and from what i
read it for genital wart and it has a
90% clear rate but me i wouldnt really
believe this but hey one thing i do
know for sure is that they got the one
for hpv 16. Meerk i think that how you
spell it is working on a multi strain
vaccine on this and if everthing goes
good it should be ready in about 8- 10
years

11/16/2003 6:46:13 AM - To Claret
Why do you say that you wouldn't
believe it would clear genital warts?
And since it's a vaccine.. will it
really affect us who are HPV positive?
What strains besides hpv 16 does that
vaccine cure? Please help me out!
Thanks. 8-10 years.. is too long..

11/21/2003 4:11:35 PM - Harry
I dont' know enough spanish to make out
what types of HPV the vaccine cures.
Does it work for 90% of the types for
90% of the people that have the right
type that have tried it? Also, myself
being in the US, I'll never see
this...my HPV will probably clear up
before any of these slow vaccines come
out.
