Question:

I have the cervical dysplasia hpv. Will it or could it change into warts?

I think it depends on the strain. Apparently my gyno said I had lesions (warts) on my cervix because of the high-risk strain. My boyfriend has no warts and never has (he was my first)and yet I have a wart. So I think it''s hard to say.

no because you were infected with the one that causes cervical cancer.

the strain of hpv you have is the high risk form where it affects your cervix with dysplasia . And the strain that causes warts is the low risk form and unless your partner has warts you should not get them . From all the info I have read this is my understanding . I hope this helps
