Question:

I am over 29 weeks pregnant and When I went into the doctor today they said that my pap smear had come back abnormal. I am trying to get as much info on what would cause that. Dose that mean I have an STD? I have not had any type of warts on my body, that I could see. If anyone could help me with any of my questions, I am also only 18yrs and newly married. So I am almost an tears to believe that I could have some type of anything. Any Info would help me thank you?

Oh, I feel for you. But, if a doctor detected something talk to them about it. The doctor is the perfect person to have found it, if you think about it. It could be just about anything that can happen to a vagina or a cervix - things that will show no threat or harm to your character.
If your doctor acts indifferent, stand up for yourself and tell them to run STD tests just to be sure - if you are worried. It''s really important to the baby to find out soon, because if you have active genital warts for example, you might need a c-section to protect the baby from it.
