For the past 8 months or so I have had three tiny (mm or less in size) hard smooth bumps on my penis (between the head and the base about half way up and one on the underside of the tip) they have not changed in size or color. and it appears one of them is starting to dry up and go away. i wasn''t concerned abou tthem at first because frankly i didn't even notice them until recenely and i had to stop in think about them for a while. after some research i think it could be HPV. any ideas?
