Question:

I was recently diagnosed with cervical dysplasia and HPV. I guess that I have a very weak immune system and I have other infections constantly. My doctor believes that there is a link between the HPV and all of my other infections. Has HPV/Cervical Dysplasia been linked to BV, Yeast Infections and Urinary Tract Infections? I get all of them on a regular basis?

I have the exact same problem. I mean I don''t get UTI's very much, but the yeast infections and BV infections are almost costant. I have never found an answer to why. My doctor had mentioned high stress levels. But show me a person nowadays who doesn't have high stress. So maybe the high stress is linked to hpv too - I am not sure.

I was recently been diagnosed with my first UTI in which I was given antibiotics. After finishing the perion I was still feeling pain locally, at the opening in the urethra but was not feeling the cramping in the bladder. i was travelling, so my doctor perscribed more antibiotics without doing any exams or tests. When I finished those antibiotics, I was still feeling the localized pain, so my doctor did a gynecological exam and found "polyps" or what she thinks are warts on the opening of my urethra. She is stumped however because a culture of my vagina came back normal and healthy. She is not sure if it is HPV because there are no warts anywhere else. I''m not sure which came first, the HPV and warts or the UTI or if they are related, but it seems so. My doctor has done three cryo therapies on the warts and says they are being minimized, but I still feel discomfort. I've also come down with a cold last week. I feel like my body is shutting down on me and I'm glad to hear I am not alone,,,,eventhough I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
