My wife and I have been married 25 yrs. Her abnormal PAP smear was diagnosed as HPV. I have never cheated, and am confident she hasnt. What could this be - a false positive?

i would have another doctor look at her and also I would wait to see the symptons your wife could of had this before she met you and no signs ever came about or you it takes as long as 3 weeks to years to show up or you could have gave it to your wife take white vingger and soak it on a paper towel and put on your penis if little white specks show up go to the doctors.
